Vacancies:
We are looking for an experienced Programme / Project Manager to establish and embed effective, scalable project management practices across CHI. This role will ensure that both internal initiatives and customer-facing projects are delivered effectively and on time, while helping to build a structured, organised, and efficient way of working across the company.
The successful candidate will introduce appropriate project management frameworks, support teams in planning and prioritising work, and help develop the project management capabilities of colleagues across CHI. This role will play a key part in laying the operational foundations needed to support the company’s continued growth.
A strong understanding of medical device technology is essential, along with excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills to coordinate teams and manage projects effectively. An understanding of the pharmaceutical drug and drug delivery device development process would be beneficial along with a good understanding of working within a Quality Management System in a highly regulated sector.

We are seeking a talented Senior Scientist to help drive the scientific direction of CHI and support the development of our drug delivery technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our dedicated laboratories and work closely with the Principal Scientist and lab technicians to design, coordinate, and deliver robust experimental programmes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our research and development activities are well organised, scientifically rigorous, and aligned with our wider commercial and technology goals. A strong understanding of test data management is essential to enable the team to record, analyse, and perform insightful analyses.
In addition to leading scientific activities, this role will contribute expertise across the business, supporting all R&D initiatives, informing product and technology development, and, where relevant, providing technical insight to support business development, marketing, and customer engagement. We are looking for a motivated Graduate Scientist to join the CHI team and support the development of our respiratory drug delivery technologies. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in industry who is keen to apply their scientific knowledge in a practical environment while gaining experience across a range of technology development projects.
Working closely with our scientists, engineers, and laboratory technicians, the successful candidate will support the design and delivery of experimental programmes within our dedicated laboratories. We are seeking a proactive Lab Technician to support the day-to-day testing activities within CHI’s laboratories supporting development of new and innovative technologies. This role will focus on carrying out experimental work, generating and recording high-quality data and ensuring that testing is conducted in a consistent and rigorous manner to support our ongoing technology development programmes.

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to position CHI strongly in the global market. This role will focus on developing and delivering a marketing approach that uses strong, targeted content to engage the audiences that matter most to our commercial and strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will establish and implement a marketing strategy that will shape how we communicate our expertise and technologies for years to come.
